Shipping

The products sold on this site can be shipped to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Shipping and delivery days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly. Most in stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Backordered items are shipped as soon as new shipments arrive in our warehouses.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 2 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

If an item has any factory defect, Eve's Lingerie will accept return, exchange or refund for the resellers. Our goal is to ensure our resellers are happy with our products.
